Outdoor Fitness Programs - Personal Training Breathe fresh air and delight your senses as you get fit walking, jogging and/or bicycling (road or mountain) in the beautiful outdoors! Monique will meet you at a conveniently located area for an outdoor workout. Special group hikes and rides in the area are offered throughout the year and add additional challenge and variety to your program. But the workout doesn't end after your walk, jog or bike ride! Summit Fitness Training follows up your cardio workout with a strength and resistance program that incorporates a variety of disciplines, including yoga and functional training. Home Based-Outdoor Fitness Programs - Personal Training Let's use your home as the starting point for your workouts! You can get in great shape walking, jogging and/or bicycling outdoors in your neighborhood. Monique will meet you at your home for your workouts, and will follow up each cardio session with a strength and resistance program that incorporates a variety of disciplines, including yoga and functional training. Group Programs - Groups of 2 or More Summit Fitness Training will train you with a buddy or two! Training with a friend or friends is fun and is less stressful on your wallet! Each workout is for 60 minutes. Fees are the same as for personal training but divided between the group participants.
