Group Class

This is our standard group setting class coached by one of our certified coaches. You will get a wide variety of movements, programmed into multiple sections focusing on strength, conditioning, and flexibility. In our group classes, you will always have a workout partner to push yourself with and a coach by your side to help improve your fitness. Pricing varies.

Mon - 5am, 6am, 7am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Tues - 5am, 6am, 7am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Wed - 5am, 6am, 7am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Thur - 5am, 6am, 7am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Fri - 5am, 6am, 7am, 9am, 4:30pm

Sat - 9am Open Class For Members and Friends

Group Class Membership-3x/week

$99/month individual. Attend any 12 regular group classes each month. Access to priority and discounted registration for events/seminars. — Add member from same household SAVE 10%

Longevity Class

$65/month - Monday and Wednesdays 9am. A fun energetic class to keep you moving and building strength for all of life’s needs. Each class session provides numerous movement options to maintain strength and mobility and enhance cardiovascular health.

Personal: $75hr Groups: $75/hr -$35/hr per extra person. To come in for your free consultation please contact us and we will plan a time.
