Group Class

This is our standard group setting class coached by one of our certified coaches. You will get a wide variety of movements, programmed into multiple sections focusing on strength, conditioning, and flexibility. In our group classes, you will always have a workout partner to push yourself with and a coach by your side to help improve your fitness. Pricing varies.

Mon - 5am, 6am, 7am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Tues - 5am, 6am, 7am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Wed - 5am, 6am, 7am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Thur - 5am, 6am, 7am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Fri - 5am, 6am, 7am, 9am, 4:30pm

Sat - 9am Open Class For Members and Friends
